This past weekend we found ourselves in Elk Rapids. Unfortunately, our visit had to be short and we weren't able to do any exploring. I was bummed when we pulled out of the downtown area without any window shopping or tasty treats from the many restaurants. No tears from me though because we are already scheduling the little town into a stop on our fall color road trip. Thank goodness for endless towns to explore in Michigan!
