Wednesday afternoon we headed down to the Detroit Institute of Arts. What a beautiful building with wonderful exhibits. I cannot believe it has taken us this long to get down there, but if you have not visited the museum I highly recommend it. It has a great mix of pieces and there is something for everyone. My favorite had to be Diego Rivera's mural, Detroit Industry and the exhibit of Andre Kertesz photographs. Check out the DIA on Friday nights, for live music and fun hands on activities.
