Last week we decided to skip over making dinner and bake up a dessert instead. Warm apple crisp and ice cream won unanimously- perfect for this time of year. Since we have been cramming as many apple orchard visits as possible into our weekends we had lots of the main ingredient. It was a wonderful evening and I think we can expect many more of these nights as the weather gets colder!
