Walloon Lake

We recently spent a few days on the beautiful Walloon Lake in Petoskey.  This was my first visit to the lake, but hopefully we will be able to make many more.  The lake was perfectly clear and I could not believe how big it was for an inland lake.  We spent the day put-sing around the lake on the boat, admiring all of the gorgeous homes, and even took a jump in the water (even though the late summer evenings had cooled it down quite considerably.)  We were lucky enough to be treated to wild blackberries picked from a nearby woods and other delicious treats made with homegrown Michigan fruits and vegetables.  Thanks so much for having us McMurray family!
