We have kind of made a tradition of stopping my Milano Bakery after our trips to Eastern Market. This weekend was no exception. We did change up our order and ventured out of the sandwich portion of the menu and went for a pizza. I don't know why it has taken us so long to step outside of the box, because oh my was it delicious. If you are in the Detroit area I most definitely recommend stopping in Milano's for a Mediterranean pizza . . . and maybe an almond danish for dessert if you are feeling daring.
We were even able to eat on the outside patio, I don't think I could have been happier!
