Thank you Detroit!

We had such a wonderful time at Noel Night, I cannot believe we didn't know about the event until this year.  There was so much to see and do, and the night flew by too quickly!  We did everything from listen to great jazz at the Scarab Club, see beautiful holiday decorations and an ice carving competition at the DIA, take a tour of The Cathedral Church of St. Paul, dance in the Detroit Library, view some work by young, talented artists at Pop Up Detroit, and carol on Woodward Avenue.

I highly recommend this event to any Michiganian in the upcoming years.  It was quite the experience to see Woodward shut down with hundreds of people singing Christmas carols with the Salvation Army band, while a light snow started.  This event truly got us into the holiday spirit!
